## Saunas from discontinued brands

If the company that built a sauna is gone, FixMySauna will try to source a compatible replacement (heater panels, control panels and keypads, power units are the most common). It is a parts dealer, not the original manufacturer, and can't promise a match for every brand. ## Returns policy

- Wood cabinetry parts (benches, wall panels, door): lifetime warranty against defective material or workmanship. Minor stress cracks from normal wood expansion and natural darkening of the wood over time are normal and not covered.
- Bluetooth stereo, TV, CD/DVD/LCD units and all light bulbs and LED lights: 1-year manufacturer warranty. During that year the seller may repair or replace the unit, or refund its cost.
- Sunbrella outdoor covers: 1-year labor, 5-year limited warranty.
- Warranty repairs: labor at the factory is free during the warranty period. You ship the warranted part to the factory, or ask for a replacement part to be shipped to you where that's possible.
- The warranty covers the original purchaser, isn't transferable, and requires proof of purchase.
- The warranty is void if the part or sauna has been misused, altered, or left exposed to the weather.

**Q: Can I buy online with a card?**

A: Yes, for most parts — checkout-eligible parts can be paid by card on the site. The front heater, timer module, power supply and glass door are verified for fitment first: submit those as a quote and a payment link follows once fitment is confirmed.

**Q: How much is a replacement Coastal Saunas heater panel?**

A: $299 per panel. A full set is 8 panels for the Malibu, 9 panels for the Delmar, 9 panels for the Newport, 15 panels for the Hollywood.

**Q: How much is a replacement control panel / keypad?**

A: $290 for the EZ-Read Digital Keypad Control (inside and outside keypads, 36-hour timer built in).

**Q: My sauna won't turn on. What do I need?**

A: Usually the power supply ($580 for 110V models, $620 for the Hollywood) and/or the keypad ($290). Check the breaker first; Coastal's service line can help diagnose: 800-327-5122, press 2.

**Q: Is the Hollywood different?**

A: Yes: it is 220/240V with 15 heater panels. Its power supply, outdoor cover and cushions are different options with different prices.
