Privacy

We collect only what's needed to answer your request and ship your order, share it only with the companies that process it, and never sell it or add you to a mailing list.

• What we collect: your name, phone, email, shipping address, your sauna's brand and model, the problem you describe, and the parts you ask about. Photos you attach are described by file name and size only.
• Why: to answer your request, check fitment, take payment and ship your order. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't sell or rent your information.
• Who receives it: Coastal Saunas, which fills orders and handles warranty service; Stripe, which processes card payments (we never see or store your card number); Resend, which delivers our order emails; and Vercel, which hosts this site and counts visits without cookies.
• On your device: if you leave “Remember my details” ticked, your contact details are saved in your own browser so the forms fill in next time. Untick it, or use “Forget them”, to remove them.
