Warranty

Coastal Saunas' lifetime warranty covers heater panels, electrical components and cabinetry. Stereo, TV and light bulbs carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Outdoor covers: 1-year labor, 5-year limited.

• Heater panels and electrical components (power supply, keypad control, wiring): lifetime warranty through Greenwave Wellness Inc (Coastal Saunas) against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Wood cabinetry parts (benches, wall panels, door): lifetime warranty against defective material or workmanship. Minor stress cracks from normal wood expansion and natural darkening of the wood over time are normal and not covered.
• Bluetooth stereo, TV, CD/DVD/LCD units and all light bulbs and LED lights: 1-year manufacturer warranty. During that year the seller may repair or replace the unit, or refund its cost.
• Sunbrella outdoor covers: 1-year labor, 5-year limited warranty.
• Warranty repairs: labor at the factory is free during the warranty period. You ship the warranted part to the factory, or ask for a replacement part to be shipped to you where that's possible.
• The warranty covers the original purchaser, isn't transferable, and requires proof of purchase.
• The warranty is void if the part or sauna has been misused, altered, or left exposed to the weather.
